Loving some E-Mealz!

Monday, April 4, 2011

So I promised some help in the kitchen tonight, so here it is! I feel across this wonderful website! It's called E-mealz.com. http://e-mealz.com/

The great thing about e-mealz is that they have great weekly recipe lists for families of any size (2-6) and a grocery list to go right along with it. We've made 2 meals from one of the weekly lists now, and everyone has loved it, and it was easy to make!

Here's what their website says:
e-mealz meal plans...

...are written and created by REAL moms with REAL families
...are balanced and family friendly
...are as easy as possible, but delicious and kid tested!
...consist of favorite recipes collected from hundreds of moms
...come with an organized, aisle by aisle grocery list
...are for 4 to 6 people
...are based on the current week sales at your grocery
...are priced at approximately $75 per week
...Two person plans average $35 total per week

I am loving this website! It does cost $5/month to subscribe to their plan, but every week you go to the website and print off your plan of 7 meals (I plan to make 4 in a week) with a categorized shopping list. They have 26 different meal plans to choose from.

Already this week, I feel less stressed about the meals for our family. I am making 4 meals from the plan and have them ready to go in the fridge. (look for more organization for the fridge tomorrow! I am all about the organization this week!)  Talk about intention! I am loving it, and I had to share because I think so many of you can benefit from this site too. Whether you're a couple without kids or a family with numerous kiddos, this website can help you manage your time around the table and your budget too! They also have gluten free, low carb, portion control, and vegetarian meal plans. There is something for everyone!

If nothing else, check out their samples. Go to http://e-mealz.com/how.shtml, click on the plan you think would be best for you, and then look for the link below in the right hand corner of the stage.

The meals are easy to make and really good! Have fun checking out a better way to feed your family!
